2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

 

3. Services Provided

​

Apex Edge Fit LLC offers in-person and online personal training, fitness coaching, and nutrition guidance. All services are tailored to support clients in achieving their health, fitness, and performance goals. However, results may vary by individual.

 

4. Payment & Billing Policy

​

  • Payment in Full: All services must be paid in full prior to the start of any scheduled session or program.

  • Monthly Option: Clients may choose to pay in full or on a monthly basis, depending on the selected plan.

  • No Late Payments: Late payments are not accepted. If payment is not received on time, all services will be suspended immediately until payment is made.

  • Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable, including for unused sessions, except where otherwise required by law or stated in writing by Apex Edge Fit.

  • Payment Method: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Please note that payments are not collected directly through this website.

  • Pricing: Pricing and package details are discussed directly with the trainer during the consultation.

 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

​

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of a scheduled session may result in a forfeited session without refund, at the sole discretion of the trainer.
Note: Rescheduled sessions must be used within the same month.

 

6. Health Disclaimer

​

Participation in any training program or service is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. By engaging with Apex Edge Fit LLC’s services or content, you fully accept this disclaimer and release Apex Edge Fit LLC from any and all liability relating to your health, safety, and personal outcomes.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by Apex Edge Fit LLC—including but not limited to this website (www.apexedgefit.com), training programs, coaching materials, downloadable resources, email communications, blog posts, videos, graphics, documents, and social media content—are the exclusive property of Apex Edge Fit LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, transmit, or exploit any part of the content without prior written consent from Apex Edge Fit LLC.

 

8. User Data & Privacy

9. No Guarantees

While Apex Edge Fit LLC strives to help each client achieve their personal goals, individual results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and various other factors outside of our control. 

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the services shall be first attempted to be resolved in good faith through mediation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Round Rock, Texas.

 

11. Modifications to Terms

Apex Edge Fit LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

12. Termination

​

Apex Edge Fit LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to any client who breaches these Terms and Conditions, without refund or liability.
